Hogy Skinny
When the fish are keyed in on baits with a thinner profile, the Hogy Skinny is the answer. Made of the same tough but incredibly flexible Hogy plastic we use for our other baits, Hogy Skinny Series are either 9 or 6 inches long and outlast any other thin soft bait. They are an excellent imitator of sand eels, worms and any thin bait in either fresh or saltwater. ACTION: This bait is about the quiver! Short twitches will result in amazing action.

MY BEST HOGY STORY WOULD HAVE TO BE MY FIRST KEEPER STRIPER IN OYSTER POND IN CHATHAM, MASS. IT WAS A RIDICULOUSLY RAINY MORNING IN EARLY MAY AND I WAS SCOUTING FOR LATER THAT WEEKEND. I STOPPED IN THE BEACH PARKING LOT AND LOOKED OUT OVER THE GLASSY, RAIN DOTTED SURFACE AND SAW WHAT LOOKED LIKE A SWIRL ABOUT 50 YDS OFF THE BEACH. I KEPT WATCH OVER THAT SPOT AND, SURE ENOUGH, ANOTHER SWIRL. I QUICKLY PUT ON MY WADERS AND GRABBED MY 7 FT. TICA ROD THAT HAD A WHITE 6" UNWEIGHTED HOGY ON IT. TWO CASTS LATER I WAS INTO A 33" BEAUTY. IT WAS THE ONLY FISH I GOT THAT WEEKEND, BUT IT WAS A MEMORY I'LL HAVE FOREVER.
